Folklore Museum of Edessa
The Folklore museum of Edessa is housed in a two-storey building in the Varosi district. The building was especially granted by the Sivena family. The museum exhibits samples of folk culture of the area.
At the first floor the visitors can see objects, tools and photographs of agriculture, farming, weaving and other activities, as well as local dresses, everyday and formal. At the second floor the exhibits follow the circle of human life (birth, marriage, death) and utilitarian objects associated with traditional professions.
