Soula's guesthouse in Edessa, Greece, is outstanding. My mother-in-law lives in Edessa and my wife and I have stayed at the Varosi guesthouse several times while visiting my wife's family. It is a completely renovated guesthouse in the old part of Edessa, and the accomodations are very comfortable, very friendly and overall fantastic. The breakfast Soula serves you is delicious and homemade. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean. We have come to know Soula over the years and would not stay anywhere else when visting Edessa. Highly recommended. We have traveled extensively and prefer guesthouses like this one compared to large hotels. This is five stars!

- 17 May 2012, Mr Mike W.A lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Our meals there were hearty although there was rather too much Buffalo on the menu! Our vegetarian co-travellers found the choice a little limiting. The location is very suited to visiting all parts of the area around Lake Kerkini.

- 14 Oct 2011, Mr Fırat A.The hotel is in a great spot practically in the center of Thessaloniki and just 2mins from the nex hot spot which is the bars on Syggrou street. The value for money is great for someone who doesn't need luxury but just a nice place to spend the night. Highly recommended
