Guests of Villa Rosa will stay in a real family environment. The owners of the guesthouse made their dream reality. The family had started at 1983 the business firstly from a coffee shop and restaurant in order to create a relaxing and pleasure atmosphere for the travellers and the visitors of the village Antartiko. The cook of the restaurant was and still is the mother of the family - Ms. Rosa, who is cooking for the visitors delicious traditional recipes.
In 1996 the family expands their business and they build their guesthouse - Villa Rosa. The guesthouse was built with respect to the environment, tradition and having in mind their guests needs. Villa Rosa Guesthouse opened its doors to the visitors at 2000 and for the last 11 years the whole family is helping to run the hotel and the tavern.

Villa Rosa hotel is a truly family business! The family started with a small "kafenio" traditional coffee places where the mother of the family was cooking traditional local mezedes!
As all members of the family are involved in the business, the family decided to offer complete services in their guests, and to build a traditional guesthouse in Antartiko, Florina!
Ms Rosa is always there in order to offer to their guests fresh local dishes like "tsouknidopita", cheese-pies, bean soup and of course many dishes made out of wild boar as the family owns its own farm with wild boars and all meat is coming from there ! In the tavern Theofilos plays traditional music with his trumpet and entertains the guests!
Giorgos, one of the boys will be more than happy to walk with you in the mountains and shows you the E4 and E6 paths, while Christos can easily tell you all the "secrets" about the wild boar farm and the cultivation of wheat at the family fields!
