The fastest and  easiest way from Thessaloniki to Nymfeo is to use "Egnatia Odos" - E90. From Thessaloniki head to Kozani and exit towards Ptolemaida and then Amynteo. From Amynteo take the old National Raod to Kastoria. The turn to Nymfeo is at the village of Aetos.
