- No extra charge for check-out until 13:30 if the reception is informed and agreed for late check-out.
- For check-out from 13:00 up to 18:00 there is a charge of room's half price.
- For check-out later than 18.00 the room's price is paid in full.
Children policy:
- Children up to the age of 6 stay for free when sharing bed with parents.
- If children are not sharing bed with parents, they are charged as extra people.
- Two children up to the age of 6 can share one bed.
- Please note that there are not baby cots available.

For cancellations made up to 1 day before check-in, there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is returned in full.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is charged as cancellation fee.
