- No extra charge for check-out until 14:00 if the reception is informed at least 24 hours ahead and late check out is agreed.
- For check-out until 18:00: Extra charge 50% of room's price
- For check-out later than 18.00: the room's price is paid in full.
Children policy:
- Children up to the age of 6 are stay for free when sharing bed with parents.
- Children up to the age of 6 are stay for free in sofa-bed when it is available and is requested in advance.
- If children are not sharing bed with parents and an extra bed is requested, they are charged as extra person.
- Two children up to the age of 6 can share one bed.
- Please note that there are no baby cots available.

For cancellations made up to 1 day before check-in, there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is returned in full.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is charged as cancellation fee.
For no-shows, the first night is charged as cancellation fee.
