- For bookings more than 4 days, late checkout is free of charge.
- For booking less than 4 days late checkout is possible and costs 50% of room's price.

- Children from 6 up to 12 years old stay in room in a separate bed with an extra charge of 50% of room's price.

For cancellations made up to 4 days before check in, there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is returned in full.
For cancellations made less than 4 days before check in or in case of no show, the first night is charged as cancellation fee.
