Mrs. Anastasia or Soula with her family will welcome you to their hospitable guesthouse, which was her father's family house many years ago! Do not miss the breakfast she prepares and also try the sweets she prepares!Promotion of local traditional architecture and sustainable tourism
The guesthouse is located in an area characterized by the Greek government as "Area of Historic Preservation".
The family's old house was carefully renovated with the use of local material (stones and wood) to match the original look of the building. This way you can only understand that it is not a house, from the sign outside.
Inside the guesthouse, all furniture is either very old or build by local craftsmen to look like old (traditional) and all curtains are handmade, to match the exact look of a typical Edessa house many years ago.
Furthermore, Mrs Soula, prepares breakfast with local products and she makes a variey of local pies and sweets for you to taste, while her husband, Mr George will invite you to join him for a glass of his own homemade wine or tsipouro.
