The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

This is the 3rd year we have booked tours or motorcycles via Odyssey Tours and the company has once again exceeded our expectations. Their friendly assistance and proficient manner is a welcome change from the normal - take your money and run attitude of their competition.

Thanks and appreciation must also go to the staff at Odyssey Tours for putting together a private tour at a moment's notice while taking into account my time and budget. Now that's service.
