Cancellation policy
- In case of cancellation up to 14 days before package start day :
No cancellation fee / deposit returned in full
- In case of cancellation from 7 days to 48 hours before package start day:
30% of the total booking in charged as cancellation fee / if more than 30% is already paid, the difference is returned to the customer
- In case of cancellations less than 48 hours or no-show :
The full booking value is charged
