Cancellation policy

Where the consumer is prevented from proceeding with the package, he may transfer his booking, having first given the Odyssey Tours a reasonable notice 30 (thirty) days of his intention before departure, to a person who satisfies all conditions applicable to the package. The transferor of the package and the transferee shall be jointly and severally liable to the Odyssey Tours to the contract for payment of the balance due and for any additional costs arising from such transfer.

In case that the customer not transfers her/his booking then a cancellation fee will be applied as listed below:

Cancellations up to 60 days before departure:
EUR 200 cancellation fee per person

Cancellations 59-30 days before departure
30% of tour cost as cancellation fee

Cancellations less than 30 days before departure
100% of tour as cancellation fee

Odyssey Tours cannot accept any exception to this policy for any reason.

As defined in the "Insurance" Section Odyssey Tours strongly recommends customers to contract trip cancellation insurance.

Odyssey is not required to make any refund once the tour has started regardless of the reason the customer is unable to complete the tour.
