"Agonari" guesthouse and "Thomas" restaurant are a family business. The restaurant's history dates back to 1970 and the guesthouse "Agonari" opened its doors to the public at 2000. Paspali's family always wanted not only to promote their business and their village Sklithro, but mainly to promote Greek tradition in total. And their history proves that they achieved it!
"Thomas" restaurant is well kwon all over Greece. And why is that? Because the owners are well known for the original Greek tastes that they offering and products that are supplied from all over Greece. This is why in the restaurant's cellar you will find 520 different wine labels. In this huge wine collection are hosting not only well known Greek wine producers but also small unknown wine producers that they always produce their small quantities with a lot of love and care.
Also the restaurant preserves local cuisine and products and offers more than 40 different known and unknown traditional specialties and more than 30 different cheeses from producers from all over Greece. And now continuing their precious history, the family has decided to build "Agonari" guesthouse. And the result is a building that reflects beautifully the local architectural style.
